Alachua Conservation Trust (ACT) is a local, non-profit land trust that works with landowners to protect our great places. Since its incorporation in 1988, ACT has facilitated approximately 14,000 acres of public land purchases and private conservation easements.

This year’s theme, “Voice for the Wild,” is recognition of the overwhelming support given to Amendment 1 last November, and a reminder that nature needs vocal advocates. Proceeds from this year’s event will continue our efforts to expand Little Orange Creek Preserve, a 2500+ acre project near Hawthorne.
