ALACHUA CONSERVATION TRUST

Alachua Conservation Trust (ACT) is a local, non-profit land trust that works with landowners to protect our great places. Since its incorporation in 1988, ACT has facilitated approximately 14,000 acres of public land purchases and private conservation easements.

Alachua Conservation Trust is a proud supporter of SPRINGS ETERNAL: Florida’s Fragile Fountains of Youth, a retrospective featuring the photography of John Moran that highlights the sharp decline of Florida’s springs over the past few decades.

Support FLORIDA’S WATER & LAND LEGACY

Alachua Conservation Trust is a member of the Florida Water & Land Legacy, a coaltion of Florida’s leading conservation organizations spearheading a campaign to put a constitutional amendment on the November 2014 ballot that would provide stable funding for conservation programs like Florida Forever and Everglades restoration.
